Atkins is the best diet ever!

Ive been on atkins like 3 weeks and ive lost 18lbs.. most of it is water weight, but its easy to stay on.. I love eating meat.. And my clothes are fitting better…

So yeah, im an atkins fan. I have a good menu down and I think Im going to stay on it for quite awhile, then for the rest of my life keep a close eye on my carbs..

I’m just getting going, but the pounds are coming off fast the past 5 or 6 days ive been doing it. I’m sure im in ketosis even though I dont have any of those testing strips.. I ordered some so I should have some next week..

I also seem to have a ton of energy and I’m not really that hungry..  Anyways atkins diet is going great.

I’m consuming less calories daily without any problems, and this nice start keeps me motivated. I dont forsee any problems staying on this diet for a long time. I just need to do things like make jerky and other snacks so that I can be up on campus all day without having to eat carbs

I just got back from shopping at winco for meat and cheese and other atkins goodies. I received one of those super george forman grills for xmas.. so I plan on putting it to good use..

I’m thinking of buying some of those ketosis testing strips so I can make sure I’m not taking in too many carbs.

So I’m off and away on the atkins..

today I’m looking into the atkins diet, I think Im going to start it.. if anyone has any advice on the atkins diet please let me know.

About to Start

well tomorrow I start my life change. I have over 100 lbs to lose..

My plan is to eat smaller portions, quit drinking (maybe not completely, but atleast cut it way back) and workout daily.  In order to eat smaller portions, Im going to take what I eat and just cut it in half, and eat on smaller plates..

Cutting back on drinking will be a little harder.. I want to start now, because I know that if I can not drink on new years then I can resist other social pressure to drink.

I have a home gym thats like the total gym.. its really good for upper body strength.. I think if I keep that up daily..

I need a complete lifestyle change, I’m really feeling the effects of the weight gain. so it looks like Ive got some work to do….

I have to sitdown and make rules for myself and review them daily.. if i can remind myself of them everyday i should be good.
