well tomorrow I start my life change. I have over 100 lbs to lose..
My plan is to eat smaller portions, quit drinking (maybe not completely, but atleast cut it way back) and workout daily. In order to eat smaller portions, Im going to take what I eat and just cut it in half, and eat on smaller plates..
Cutting back on drinking will be a little harder.. I want to start now, because I know that if I can not drink on new years then I can resist other social pressure to drink.
I have a home gym thats like the total gym.. its really good for upper body strength.. I think if I keep that up daily..
I need a complete lifestyle change, I’m really feeling the effects of the weight gain. so it looks like Ive got some work to do….
I have to sitdown and make rules for myself and review them daily.. if i can remind myself of them everyday i should be good.
