I love atkins
I’m just getting going, but the pounds are coming off fast the past 5 or 6 days ive been doing it. I’m sure im in ketosis even though I dont have any of those testing strips.. I ordered some so I should have some next week..
I also seem to have a ton of energy and I’m not really that hungry.. Anyways atkins diet is going great.
I’m consuming less calories daily without any problems, and this nice start keeps me motivated. I dont forsee any problems staying on this diet for a long time. I just need to do things like make jerky and other snacks so that I can be up on campus all day without having to eat carbs
